Summary\/General Description of Responsibilities:

The Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Position utilizes predictive technologies to perform the collection of data and reports the finding to the analyst team which will direct the repairs or corrective actions.
Skilled In the usage of thermography, vibration, electrical, temperature, and other types of advanced condition measurement equipment.
Keeps the analyst team\/supervisor apprised of unique situations and problems encountered and identifies and reports safety, environmental, and other work requirements for resolution.
Incumbent is responsible for adapting to evolving PDM industry best practices and responsibilities.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Field condition measurements for assets for root cause analysis and for other condition measurement tasking as assigned by the analyst team (AT).
Performs the collection of predictive maintenance data, maintains historical database of equipment conditions and trends, monitors asset preservation and equipment efficiency
Provides recommendations on issues regarding asset reliability, provides reports, presentations, and equipment analysis to the supervisor and AT.
Determines frequency and level of maintenance requirements for new and existing equipment to comply with manufacturer's requirements.
Conducts root cause analysis on failed equipment, collects predictive maintenance data, performs inspections as part of the RCM Program.
Interfaces with customers and responsible for customer feedback, as applicable.
Operates motor vehicles in accordance with company vehicle policies.
Utilizes and interprets technical manuals, shop directives, blueprints, sketches, diagrams, and specifications, verbal and written instructions.
Responsible for completing daily timesheets documenting inspections, maintenance and repair information, to include work performed, materials used and hours worked on each assigned work order.
Must be able to utilize PDM tools in the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of critical assets.
Must be fully capable of articulating findings and corrective actions in written (report) format.
Adheres to proper security practices, foreign object damage procedures and airfield driving regulations, as applicable
Complies with applicable federal, state, United States Air Force (USAF) and Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) environmental laws and regulations.
Complies with health and safety rules and procedures; performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment.
Incumbent will at all times wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as determined by position and duties.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Accurate, timely, and cost effective performance of duties.
Working harmoniously with customers and fellow co-workers.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of all SSI related matters.
Accountable for assigned tools, materials and equipment.
Cleanliness and safety of shop and work areas.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment within the shops and company vehicles.
Maintains professional hours in relation to reliability and technology changes.

Qualifications\/Skills:

High School diploma or equivalency.
Valid state driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of insurance.
Demonstrated skills in using various computer software, including ability to use the Windows operating system as well as common office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Database Management.
Ability to adapt to changes in technology.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in condition assessment and advanced maintenance methodologies, as documented by resume and references.
Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge of PDM tools and advanced predictive maintenance methodologies.
Certification or verification of competency in each of the following: Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasound and Lubrication.
Minimum seven (7) years' experience in related fields. Thorough understanding of technology, theory and practices relating to condition monitoring systems and predictive assessment techniques: ultrasonic detection, vibration analysis, infrared thermography, lubrication, electrical, acoustic noise monitoring, equipment alignment and asset inspection, root cause analysis, ability to research manufacturer' manuals, bulletins and specifications as verified with references and resume.
Demonstrated ability to read, write and understand English.
Ability to interact with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diversified situations.
To obtain and or maintain all other necessary ID\/License\/Certifications as required.

Preferred:

Associates Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
Level I RCM Certification
Level I Certification in each of the following: Vibration Analysis, infrared Thermography, Ultrasound and Lubrication.
Eight (8) years' experience in related fields.
Military experience.
Previous experience working on a military installation.
Experience working on Tinker facilities.
Familiarity with military-specific facility\/infrastructure codes and standards, as applicable.

This position may currently and\/or in the future be required to obtain and retain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) and\/or Personal Clearance (PCL) as required by law or contract. Position requires pre-employment drug screening.
