This role is accountable for meeting goals related to safety, quality, people, service, and cost.      What you will do:   • Lead and manage the performance and training of the manufacturing team • Support the site safety programs • Become well-versed in site equipment and operating procedures to be able to identify and resolve any defects in equipment or products • Ensure production and quality of products meet specifications • Revise production schedules to meet operating needs Minimum Qualifications:        • Eighteen (18) years of age • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment work visa status • One (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing, distribution, operations function, or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Development Program in an operations function Preferred Qualifications: • Previous supervisory experience • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution • Formal training, certification and/or experience with continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, Transactional Lean, etc. • Experience with timekeeping and/or production control systems     Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
