JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking a Production Trainer to train and provide guidance to new hires and existing partners on day-to-day processes in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include ensuring proper development of new hires; continued development of tenured partners; working with supervisors to identify quality and efficiency issues; documenting and enforcing training procedures for the Distribution Center; upholding quality standards; troubleshooting and problem solving issues as necessary; and implementing safety processes and procedures.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required
*High School Diploma/GED *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Ability to work well in a team environment *Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Preferred
*1-2 years' training and production experience *Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
