Job Description:

Responsible for the safe monitoring and receipts of light oil products and additives from 3rd party carriers.

Accountable for the assurance of safe and efficient loading of light oils.

Successful candidate will perform general facilities, light maintenance, and required inspections and record keeping during the work schedule.

Safety related work to include, Department of Transportation inspection of applicable equipment, issuance of Hot Work.

Successful candidate must work in Compliance with Federal and local regulations for AQMD, SPCC, Hazmat, Hazwaste and Weights and Measures.

Successful candidate will perform stock accounting utilizing the Shell system.

Further duties include:

Manual gauging, temperature verification and calibration and quality assurance testing of products.

Individual will acts as a liaison for the terminal with the Marketing, Supply and Distribution departments and external customers.

Requirements:

Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.

Minimum 2 years of experience.

Must have experience working in industrial environment and awareness of general awareness standard.

Person must be able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs) which include pumps and hoses.

Position requires climbing storage tanks over 50 feet high on a regular basis, multiple times a day, and during inclement weather.

Must have experience using Microsoft Office suite, TMS (Terminal Management Systems) and basic math skills.

Sap experience a plus.

Valid drivers license required.

Must complete forklift certification a plus.
