The Storekeeper is r
esponsible for completing all shipments from LTC and receiving parts and materials delivered to LTC.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work independently and with other team members, production supervisors, and support personnel to verify that product will be ready for scheduled ship date.
Schedule for transport of product, prep product for shipment and coordinate and assist export packers.
Assist customers and freight forwarder with questions relating to purchase orders, ship dates, destination of shipment etc.
Accurately fill out paperwork and enter data of shipping and receiving information utilizing SAP, Bill of Lading systems, and online applications for shipment via UPS or other couriers.
Validate items and/or part numbers and verify quantity of product being received/shipped.
Deliver items to appropriate area or personnel.
Operate forklift and rail car unloading equipment.
Goods Issue and Receipt of Work Orders reported from Shop Floor
Setup, Distribute, Perform and Enter Cycle Counts.
Enter and Process Scrap Tags for Approval
Collect QNs from repair and notify ME once complete.
Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience of Warehousing, Logistics, Shipping experience or 2 years Manufacturing experience.
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
Working in a Pro-active and constructive way with other team members.
Thorough understanding of manufacturing scheduling process.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Basic Math Skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Access, Excel, and Word)
Strong SAP Skills.
Excellent organization skills.
