Job Responsibilities:

Inspect meat, remove bone, skin, & cartilage

Place bones & skin in cartilage container

All other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Must use knives to perform cuts

Hand motion abilities, such as grabbing, lifting, & raising hands

Periodic bending, turning, pulling, & twisting

Must be able to stand in one area throughout shift

Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary

Must follow all required hygiene and safety procedures

Sign-on bonus is paid in installments. Date of first payout can be earlier dependent upon perfect orientation attendance.
