PRODUCTION TEAM LEADERJOB SUMMARY:Team Lead must have all Departmental Core SOP’s, Equipment SOP's, & Job Skill Training (JST) completed. Can accurately execute and document task on the Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR).  Can create a PI sheet, stage, consume, & return materials in SAP. The Team Lead is required to possess an intrinsic knowledge over a wide range of responsibilities and processes, including - Set up, Operation, Cleaning, & Troubleshooting of Equipment. Successfully completed the “Train the Trainer” program. Practice proper work safety and have good documentation, and no product loss incidents. The position will require the ability to prioritize tasks, set daily goals, and assign work to employees to ensure activities are completed in a timely manner.A Manufacturing Operator-Team Lead will ensure all activities are completed in an efficient and timely manner by prioritizing, set daily goals, and assigning tasks to employees. Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, challenge, and drive to succeed. Display a charismatic and pleasant demeanor.RESPONSIBILITIES:Serves as the Trainer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) on equipment set up/ startup/ ending processing/ SAP trouble-shooter.Can accurately perform Checked By/Date and give Approvals on the Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR).Act as a first responder to serialization questions and issues.Strives to achieve daily manufacturing goals & attainment.Practice proper work safety, have good documentation, and no product loss incidents.Act as secondary technical and operations interface for investigationsFulfill Operator 2 requirements for specific areaPrioritize tasks, set daily goals, and assign work to employees to ensure activities are completed in a timely manner.Communicate daily goals with the operations staff; ensuring all materials and components are staged for manufacturing.Can effectively communicate tasks and responsibilities for specific area.Can accurately complete shift pass down and OEE set up, run, & cleaning times in the database. Can accurately execute and document task on the Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR).Can accurately perform and document In Start-up Checks.Can accurately perform Checked By on Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR) and In Process Checks.Can create a PI sheet, stage, consume, & return packaging components in SAP.EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma/GED RequiredAssociate’s Degree PreferredCandidate will have a least 2-year experience working in Manufacturing. The Candidate will be mentored and coached by a Leader (Group Lead or Supervisor) on job responsibilities for a minimum of 3 months. Must fulfill all requirements as an Operator 2 for a designated area.Must be able to adapt to changing tasks and schedules.Must have working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.Must be familiar with cGMP’s, SOP’s, Training Modules (Train the Trainer), and Safety Procedures.Must be detail oriented for accuracy.Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, challenge, and drive to succeed. Display a charismatic and pleasant demeanorOccasionally pushing and pulling materials on pallets and carts up to 500 lbs.Frequently lifting, reaching and grasping up to 50 lbs.Walking & Standing for extended periods.Stooping and bending frequently throughout the workday.Frequent repetitive hand motion and twisting
