The candidate will have a strong lean manufacturing background and demonstrated success in leading change management. The candidate will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers that have the responsibility of developing the fixtures, processes, and WI to support those products. The role will work closely with stakeholders at TEL to align on the technical details of higher complexity projects and own the manufacturing project management aspect of new products. The candidate needs to have strong communication, collaboration, and technical skills to be successful in this role.
