Job Summary
The primary focus of the Manufacturing Compliance Specialist is serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in operational compliance on non-conformance investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and change management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completing/Reviewing complex nonconformance/deviation investigations
Implementing effective corrective and preventative actions
Proposing/executing improvements through the change management system
Represent department in cross functional teams in support of process improvement initiatives
Able to respond with a high degree of urgency to departmental and cross functional needs and requests
Reporting/Monitoring metrics on non-conformance investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and/or change management
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelors in relevant science or engineering discipline, or equivalent in work experience.
2 years of experience in a GMP QA/Mfg. setting
1 years of experience working with non-conformance investigations, CAPA’s, and/or change management
Bachelors in relevant science or engineering discipline, or equivalent in work experience.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication
Demonstrated organizational skills
Able to communicate well at all levels in the organization
