Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position will be a member of the CI Business Engineering Team supporting the Business Development/Services processes for Poultry. The position works within a team environment and is responsible for developing, maintaining, and educating on operational standards. This position is also responsible for ensuring that communication and promotion of the standards and opportunities for improvement are understood across Business Unit leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical degree.

Experience: 6 years' experience preferred with Bachelor's Degree or 3 years' experience preferred with M.S. Degree; extensive knowledge of and experience with the business processes related to consumer products manufacturing.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools required; ability to create written documentation; familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems and SAP MM, QM, and PP/PI modules a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present difficult concepts in understandable terms to all levels of the organization.

Special Skills: Extensive knowledge of and experience with the business processes related to consumer products manufacturing; Proven math and science skills; Excellent leadership, consultative and interpersonal skills; demonstrated organizational skills and results-oriented focus;

Travel: Extensive travel is required (35 – 50%)
