How You'll Perform the Role
Molder Trainee will start and stop injection machines, robots and peripheral product handling equipment.
Clean, grease and check oil levels of machines and mold faces.
Cycle machines to maintain quality and efficiencies.
Perform minor mechanical and electrical repairs.
Check and fill color concentrates and set up and maintain color concentrates.
Molder Trainee will report any mold or machine deficiency (Maintenance Work Order System)
Assist Maintenance, Tool Room and Stacker departments.
Ensure proper reuse of rejects by completing all grinding by shift's ends.
What We Need From You
Eligible to work in the United States.
Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
Work overtime as required.
Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
