Job Overview
Our client, based in Naas Co. Kildare
is looking for a Production Shift Supervisor
to join their growing team in their state of the art food production facility. The shift pattern has the advantage of you being able to take 2 days holidays in order to have 7 days off.
This is a full time permanent job, in a clean room environment, where you will be joining an expanding team with promotional prospects and opportunity for growth. You will be reporting into the Production Manager and be responsible for efficient assembly of goods to the agreed quality standard, using safe practices.
Do you have experience gained in a food manufacturing facility?
Do you have previous management experience?
Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Day to day management of production lines and operators
-Manage quality and production targets.
-Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
-Meet all targets and measure and review KPI's in order to achieve business plan.
-Flexibility as you will be required to work as part of rotating team across days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
