VALUE STREAM MANAGER
Fusco Personnel has
been retained to recruit for a Value Stream Manager
for a well-established manufacturing organization in Amsterdam, NY. This is a full time, direct hire role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in technical field and 4 years experience in management, OR any similar combination of education and experience required
2 years of experience in a manufacturing industry required
Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Concepts (SPC, TQM, JIT) and Quality Systems (ISO 9000, Six Sigma, Zero Defects) strongly preferred
Ability to lead and influence people and teams
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
