supporting the Cardiac Rhythm Management Devices.
As an
Associate Manufacturing Process Development Engineer
you will work supporting the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and Neuromodulation (NM) business. You will develop and apply subject matter knowledge and leadership capability, supporting manufacturing development processes and manage projects of low complexity. Conducts studies and implement ideas to for cost reduction, quality and productivity improvements. Apply scientific, engineering knowledge, mathematics and ingenuity basic engineering assignments.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
Identify, propose, and implement process improvement opportunities
Apply standard engineering principles and methodologies to interpret problems. Create/modify designs. Draw conclusions and recommend options for solutions.
Ensures proper sequence of operation and prepares specifications and operating instructions for processing equipment.
Services, troubleshoots, and solves problems with processes or equipment already in operation.
Apply engineering principles and best practices on daily functions.
May be responsible for corrective and preventive actions and investigation management.
May be responsible for leading teams or projects.
Develop manufacturing solutions that support the operations strategic directives through the application of statistical methods and performing mathematical calculations.
Apply standard engineering principles and methodologies to interpret problems. Create/modify designs. Draw conclusions and recommend options for solutions.
Develops and maintains productivity metrics. Participate on cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.

Understand and comply with applicable Quality and EHS Policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications:
Bachelor in Engineering in Mechanical preferred.
Entry level. 0-2 years if experiences.
Lean Manufacturing and/or Project Management knowledge are a plus.
Experience with statistical techniques (DOE, SPC) is preferred.
Proficient in computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Minitab).
Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish). Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships.
