YOUR NEW COMPANY
As Plant Manager your remit will be to manage the operations of the site, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and costs are kept within budget.
You will also work closely with other managers to develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, increase profitability and as Plant Manager you will be responsible for all activities on the manufacturing sites including sales and the P & L.
You'll be joining a large organisation with lots of opportunity and my client are very open to considering people from a variety of manufacturing backgrounds as long as you have the relevant ops/plant mgt experience needed.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
My client is looking for a strong Ops/Plant Manager with a background in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field and 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
You'll have strong leadership/management skills, a proven track record of delivering results, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
You'll be comfortable with budgeting, cost analysis, and financial management and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
