Job Description
Executes production process according to the appropriate GE instructions, Industrial handbook and following Advance Production system (APS)
Contributes towards Unit strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
Has in-depth knowledge of best practices in production and integrates with others.
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management and manufacturing.
Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field, with all production & Industrial team.
Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. Includes Manufacturing Engineers.
Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
