Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 4:00 PM- 12:00 AM; Overtime as needed PASTEURIZER - PROCESSOR OPERATOR JOB SUMMARY This position involves operating the processor via computerized XY Com batching system and HTST unit. Responsibilities Include, but not limited to: · Blending per BOM’s (Bill of Materials) · Take samples for Quality Control laboratory · CIP and hand clean all related equipment · Accurately complete all associated records · Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) · Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) · Comply with SQF and Company Guidelines to produce a safe and quality product · Perform other duties as assigned WORK ENVIRONMENT · Work environment is hot/cold/wet · Work environment is indoors · Work environment has consistent loud noise · Work environment contains stairs and elevated surfaces
