Job Details:
Combining various meat and raw ingredients to formulate stuff and deliver product to logs to the cook system. Operator Care-Basic lubrication, inspection adjustments, repairs, cleaning (CLAIRLEAN Manufacturing), sanitation, and contribute to a continuous improvement environment by participating in activities to include line side problem solving. Contribute to a safe and organized work environment by maintaining a clean and orderly workspace and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures . Operate forklift and both identify and act upon system-based error messages. Resolve jams and equipment malfunctions. Lifting, bending and moving max 30lbs bundles of casing and utilize handheld digital scanners and VMI’s (Vehicle Monitor Units) to ensure proper raw material and ingredients to the right work order. Open and close work orders in the MES system and monitor, interpret, and resolve system alerts. Must be willing and able to lift, push, or carry up to 50lbs. and work in a faced-paced environment and requires repetitive motions. Must be able to stand, bend, reach overhead, and twist for long periods of time. Must be able to stand 8-12 hours a day on hard floor.
