**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. has a number of great opportunities for Workshop Managers to join a number of our clients. We are seeking managers who have either managed bike repair shops/centres, or retail managers with a real passion for cycling and sporting pursuits!
As a Workshop Manager you will be reporting to the Store Manager you will be an integral part of the success of the overall store performance. Leading the Workshop team, you will be responsible for all build and maintenance tasks ensuring output is on time and of the highest standard.
We are keen to speak to retailers who have passion for cycling and are willing to learn, you will be given training but bike basics/a bike enthusiastic would be a great option!
Key Responsibilities as a Workshop Manager
You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store workshop
Deliver a highly professional service to customers
Ensure you and your team communicate with the customers
Daily assembly of new bikes and associated products to the highest standards
Be responsible for the quality control of all work
Motivate your team
Show a passion for cycling and understand the importance of doing a great job
Responsible for the booking system and the schedule of jobs and maintenance
Ensure all costs are accounted for and sales recorded
Stock Management and Stock Control
What we need in our new Workshop Manager
A passion for cycling!
Able to manage people in a retail store
We will consider retail mangers who have a passion for cycling and are technically/mechanically minded or experienced
A team player with good leadership ability
Ideally will have prior experience working in a bike workshop
Any of the bike accreditations would be an advantage
