Description
This position requires the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry 50 pounds or more. Must work in extreme cold, hot, or wet environments, use of hands and arms above shoulder level and stand 8 hours per day.
Requirements
All qualified applicant’s safety records will be reviewed. Follow safe work practice including the use of personal equipment when required. Follow all sanitary procedures and policies. Understand and follow instructions given by Supervisor. Follow instructions without Supervision. Meet essential functions of the job. Requirements: Must sign-up for job bid in the Human Resources Department. Must be a full-time team member and have completed the 90-day probationary period. If there are no qualified candidates, probationary team members will be considered. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must not have a written warning/written warning with suspension in the last 6 months. Must not have a self-disqualification or self-demotion in the last (6) months. Must have less than 8 attendance points at the time of the bid to be awarded the job. If a Team Member chooses to self-disqualify and not continue in the new position, they may not bid on another position for (6) months. Successful bidders will not be able to bid again in (6) months unless the bid is for a higher classification. NON-DISCRETIONARY JOBS- are awarded to the Team Member with the most seniority within the department. Should the department not produce any bids; the job will be bid facility wide and awarded to the most senior Team Member.
