Summary of Primary Function:
The Supply Chain BPO will work with the functional areas associated with supply chain and related areas as assigned in the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise
Suite globally. This individual will represent stakeholders from the business areas involved in the Dynamics implementation and will have complete domain area knowledge for the
application areas assigned. This position will require detailed knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX12 Enterprise Suite. The Supply Chain BPO will be responsible for review,
analysis and senior management acceptance of recommendations for decisions within their implementation area and their user community. This individual will lead software
configuration efforts, decision analysis and user training. The BPO will also determine the current and proposed transaction flows within the software modules and initial procedure
documentation. The primary objective will be to collect process and configure information from the key users and then configure the business system based on that information.
The BPO will develop and/or validate process flows for the existing and new system processes, develop methods of resolving process gaps, identify report and data requirements
for the respective modules to support the end users, and identify data conversion requirements. Critical to the overall success of this position will be the proper implementation
and use of master data at the global, regional and local levels. The Supply Chain BPO is responsible for coordinating and facilitating key user meetings, system configuration, and
module testing, scheduling key users for system tests, preparing process documents, and approving training documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Responsible for specific business processes (e.g. manufacturing, sourcing, planning, warehousing)
* Consults with business stakeholders to define business processes (As-Is, To-Be, Gap Analysis) and reconciliation of requirements to the AX 12 system capabilities
* Responsible for determining business processes and documentation for Supply Chain (manufacturing, R &D, engineering, sourcing, order management, warehousing and
transportation)
* Responsible as subject matter expert on AX modules related to processes owned
* Responsible for successfully determining, implementing and managing changes to functional area AX configurations
* Accountable for strategic IT platforms implementation success
* Responsible for educating and training of Tempur employees, end-users, customers and suppliers on processes
* Accountable for keeping Project Scorecard up to date and accurate
* Responsible to work with key users to develop necessary processes or procedural changes to accommodate the AX12 application
* Responsible for logging issues that surface during configuration, training or other team activities and following through on resolution of those issues
* Act as the transformation agent to identify process improvement opportunities between current processes and processes in AX12
* Coordinate thorough testing by functional area key users to ensure the software and associated procedures deliver the desired results and confirm that the primary business
requirements are met
* Possible travel to all TPX business entities including in North America, Europe, or Asia to perform essential duties and responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates will have a background that includes
Must have functional expertise and 5 years of experience in Dynamics AX 3.0-12 Supply Chain area
Extensive (10 years) Supply Chain/Manufacturing experience in an ERP environment.
Previous successful ERP implementation experience required
Experience with WMS, MRP, or DRP systems/modules very desirable
Demonstrated ability to think cross functionally, influencing change within a multi departmental environment
Excellent relationship building and alignment building skills
Proven negotiation and influencing skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms
Excellent analytical skills and very detail oriented
Bachelor*s degree (BA or BS) from a four year college or university is required
Strong leadership, meeting management, and presentation skills are necessary
