POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented post production manager to join the production team at Calvin Klein. You’ll work with our team of producers, creatives, marketers and project managers to build and manage the workflow and delivery of all content. From social/digital first content to global commercial campaigns. This role will be instrumental in leading execution of all photo post-production as well as numerous financial responsibilities including; generating estimates, purchase orders, job actualizations, financial logs and allocations to licensees.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Involved in all phases of photo post-production such as:

• Build and manage post production workflow for all photo content.
• Ensure standardization from ingest to delivery.
• Generate and manage project timelines and master post production calendar.
• Source, vet, contract and on-board third-party vendors based on project needs.
• Manage all production relationships with outside vendors, secure pricing, timing and continuity and adherence to Calvin Klein’s brand standards.
• Manage the retouching process; reviewing color with the internal and external creative teams and Fashion Office and providing comments back to retouching house.
• Work closely with the shoot team on calendars and asset delivery.
• Budgeting – generate estimates; responsible for ensuring all jobs stay within planned budget; maintain ongoing, up-to-date status reports on budgets vs. actual, approves monthly billing to clients and prepares allocations to licensees.
• Administrative duties – i.e., scheduling meetings in relation to creative reviews and approvals of all photo content and keeping all projects organized accordingly.
• Working with the legal department on all necessary clearances.
• Participate with an active voice in the strategic evolution of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience: 3 + years of experience in advertising and production.
• Education: College degree in creative field preferred.
• Skills:  Adobe Suite skills, Excellent Microsoft Office skills with and Expert level of excel.
