Using knives and scissors to remove bones, cartilage, & other defects from product

Use of hands and arms to perform majority of work

Visually inspect product for defects

Standing at the line for the entire shift

Must be able to work in a cold and wet environment

Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to all Tyson policies & procedures

All other duties assigned by management
