Kelly is hiring a Press Brake Operator, in Escondido, CA. Theu00a0position requires extensive knowledge in press brake operation and manufacturing of OEM level components. This individual will report to and receive daily direction from the Fabrication Manager. Will perform daily/weekly/monthly preventative maintenance on machines to ensure proper function and longevity. Responsible to check own work and compare with approved drawings, request first piece approvals as well as final inspection on parts produced.nBONUS/INCENTIVES: $250 attendance bonus (MONTHLY)n$1000 assignment completion bonus (END OF ASSIGNMENT)nRequired Qualifications:nu00a0nntAbility to operate and maintain the press brakentExperience creating basic programs and documenting themntAbility to correctly identify and utilize proper tooling that will produce quality partsntExperience interpreting engineered blueprints and efficiently develop the proper sequence of bends and identify the correct tooling in order to produce a quality partntAssist other departments and perform other related or non-related duties as assignedntAble to meet goals and objectives under minimal supervisionntAvailable to work overtime and weekends as needed on occasionntThe ability to lift and/or carry equipment/objects greater than 50lbsnYou should know: Your safety matters!
