Job Details:

This position is responsible for setting up and operating equipment that makes boxes used in the manufacturing of food products while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Daily inventory check of all ingredients and pulling samples of labels being ran by production. Weekly inventory ingredient checks and pulling samples of labels for all products scheduled for the next weeks production. Receiving, logging and delivery of all supplies being received. Inputting purchasing and receiving documents into the computer system. Communicating with outside vendors on a daily routine either by phone or delivery personnel. Inputting weekly inventory into the computer system. Meet all lifting requirements. Must be able to obtain a license and must able to operate a forklift, hand jack and double reach. Take accurate physical inventory. Working in high humidity, extreme heat, possibly cold temperatures, and high noise level.

Requirements:


Required to drive forklift, hand jack and double reach. Jack driver test is required, if failed TM will be removed from job position and will be move to a class 1 position

Must complete an on-line job application in Workday

Excellent communication skills and must be able to follow instructions given by Supervisor.

Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. at a time.

Any team member who accumulates 8 or more attendance points, who holds a class 2 or above position, will be demoted to any available class 1 position in the plant.


*This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility. If there no qualified candidates at this facility, candidates from other locations will be considered.
