We are currently searching for an experienced: Plant Systems Manager
Responsibilities in this position include but are not limited to:
Providing leadership, direction and motivation to a team of IT professionals
Managing the internal and external projects to ensure they are on time, under budget, and meet or exceed end user's expectations.
Driving continual improvement of software solutions and fulfill business needs before even being asked
The design and maintenance of plant production systems
Overall design of plant production systems software architecture
Associate training and development
Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Skills and Experience) for this position are:
4 year College Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience and education
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
Knowledge of application development methodologies
Strong Project Management skills and experience
Proven ability to Lead a team of IT professionals to achieve outstanding results
Proven ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and ethical behavior
Maintain and utilize effective interaction and written and verbal communication skills with all levels (internal and external)
Establish and maintain positive business relationships
Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):
4 year College Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or Information Technology
Spanish and/or Japanese language skills
