Fully appreciate that the candidate journey starts long before a vacancy is created, and a job application is received.
Identify and implement new technology, create new processes, partner with our hiring managers and most importantly proactively attract and identify quality candidates to build a pipeline of talent.
Be a great storyteller and writer, and able to tell our unique story, helping build and grow our brand awareness.
Create content to increase our social media presence and engagement through posts, blogs, emails and videos
Identify advocates within the business that are willing to tell their story to create testimonials and case studies which provide an insight into us
Craft job adverts and targeted campaigns to develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates.
Source and build relationships with candidates, connecting and engaging with them, to understand their purpose (personal why?) and attributes to determine whether we would be a good fit for them.
Requirements:
You will ideally be CIPD qualified, but this is desirable not essential
Industry experience can include manufacturing, retail, engineering, automotive etc
Demonstrable experience in recruitment and resourcing, including recruitment marketing, social media etc.
Drive, energy and enthusiasm
Critical thinker and problem solver
