The new company is due to be registered with company house next week and the website with the online shop included will be ready in 3 weeks time, hence no system in place at the moment. 
Nor documentation
To begin with, staff wise: myself as a director, my sister as a sales manager and a driver.
Products wise: dry, refrigerated and frozen
As for further processing or repackaging or relabeling : yes, it will happen - example, buying in bulk selling by piece
A full list of products it is not available at the moment, but I can tell you its going to be the usual groceries for a household, drinks, cakes, fresh meats and poultry, frozen goods, could be flowers as well
No qualifications in this area at the moment, but I can take a food safety course online at any time if this is mandatory

The type of unit is a 2 story warehose that includes a chiller cold storage room that I know we need approval for, a fridge room, a cold room equipped and suitable for processing frozen and refrigerated products such as meats and poultry, changing room, toilets, all designed initially to be suitable for a cutting plant under the FSA guidelines and guidance - in accordance with the flow for receiving, storage, processing, packing, loading etc. and upstairs offices.
Simple flow of process: orders received online, purchase list, driver goes and stock up, drives back to the unit, unload the goods, they are sorted as per individual orders, could involve storage, repackaging or labeling, uploading of the individual orders, delivery to the customers, coming back at the unit :)
