Production Manager Job

High Tech Genesis is looking for a Production Planner to run all facets of our master production plan. You will be responsible to efficiently coordinate the product manufacturing activities of each plant. Your primary duties are to manage the product lifecycle, create policies and procedures, schedule, and act as a team leader to maximize resource availability, optimize inventories and ensure every plant’s ability to meet forecast demand.

This job involves managing resources to improve productivity and minimize downtime, while at the same time increasing profits and reducing costs.


Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role in a manufacturing environment with electro/mechanical products
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, effective communicator at all organizational levels
• Highly organized, good attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking and following through on tasks to completion
• Ability to collaborate with multiple groups towards the completion of a project
• Knowledge of Surface-mount technology and PCBA production/testing
• Proficient in MS Office App, Office 365 and a willingness to learn and utilize new tools within the organization
• Experience with ERP / MRP / PLM software
• Bilingualism (En/Fr)
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, production engineering or a related field
