\u003cli\u003eEnsure continuous operation of process equipment through active operator management, process monitoring and troubleshooting.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eComplete daily and weekly tasks using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP\u0026rsquo;s) to ensure sustained and repeatable quality and overall performance results.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eActively mentor, coach, and hold accountable Packaging Operators as it relates to safety, quality, productivity, continuous improvement and team harmony.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAudit operator performance to ensure quality inspection of product are being completed per the SOP\u0026rsquo;s\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop Packaging Leads to be strong leaders exhibiting the values of Mark Anthony Brewing.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsure cross-training of team members, improve use of all available resources, and overall team proficiency.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEffectively communicate job knowledge and process changes to the operations team members and management through various forms of daily communication (shift handover meeting, daily production meetings, email, action logs, work orders, etc.).\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDrive preventative and routine maintenance program including operator checks and lubrication of machinery and equipment\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMake certain that Safety and Quality are at the forefront of all activities for you and your team, including taking effective escalation measures for safety, equipment and/or personnel issues for immediate resolution.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAudit documentation to ensure it is completed which certifies completion of inventory checks, quality inspections, sanitation requirements, batch and blending production following SOP\u0026rsquo;s, and basic maintenance tasks.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003ch2\u003eQualified candidates will have:\u003c/h2\u003e
\u003cul\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree in operations or supply chain preferred, Associates degree or 8 years relevant experience required\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e5 years of in a lead or supervisory role in manufacturing environment.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAt least 3 years\u0026rsquo; high-speed packaging line experience preferred.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eForklift experience a plus (certification not required)\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProven and effective use of technology such as MS office, Teams, OneNote, and email.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBi-lingual English/Spanish, is a plus\u003c/li\u003e
