Industrial Netting is searching for Machine Operators

to join our team in Maple Grove, Minnesota

! Machine Operator Trainees will assist machine operators in efficiently packaging and processing orders of finished goods to meet customer requirements. We work in a clean manufacturing environment and enjoy a friendly atmosphere. Employees are trained to work in multiple work cells and will eventually operate converting machinery. Machinery involved are rewinders, sheeters, die cutters, core cutters, and testing equipment.

Core Competencies include problem solving, interpersonal skills, planning/organizing, quality control, adaptability, dependability and professionalism. Mechanical aptitude and experience operating equipment is a plus.

Requirements for the position: This position requires no previous experience. Must be able to read, write and comprehend English job instructions. Also have the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions. Use of depth perception, close vision and color vision are all continuously required. Lifting up to 50 lbs. is required occasionally.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with advancement and bonus opportunities.
