Machine Set-up Technician
Starting pay: $18-19/per hour, depending on experience
2nd shift: 4pm-Midnight, Mon-Fri (Training during the day)

Responsibilities of
Machine Set-up Technician
First 2-3 weeks of training will be during the day (8am-4pm, Mon-Fri)
Set up and tear down of machines
Work alongside production supervisors
Troubleshoot various machines throughout the plant
Ensure production quality and efficiency set by production managers
Required Qualifications for
Machine Set-up Technician
Must have 2-3 years of machine operating experience
At least 1 year of experience with machine set up and troubleshooting
Attention to detail, professional demeanor, solid work ethic
Clean background and drug screen required
Excellent integrity and highly trainable
Ability to be on your feet throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Rapid learner of new techniques
Ability to remain calm and controlled, even in problematic situations
Must work extremely well with others, as well as actively listen and communicate effectively
