CNC Machinist/Programmer:
Mill/Turn, Horizontal & 5 Axis CNC Programmers Wanted

We recently invested heavily in our CNC manufacturing department and are looking for a few qualified multiaxis Machinist/ Programmers.

Qualifications
· 10 years of relevant experience required.
· Experience with Esprit and/or Mastercam software required.
· Capable of programming multi axis lathes.
· Capable of programming 5 axis vertical CNC.
· Capable of programming horizontal CNC.
· Solid background in fixture and workholding design.
· Strong hands-on, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.
· Strong team working abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Write CNC programs for Okuma Multus and Mazak Integrex machines.
· Write CNC programs for Doosan NHP4000 Horizontal CNC with Fanuc 31i-B control.
· Write CNC programs for Haas VMC with 5 axis rotary.
· Design workholding, tooling and fixtures as needed to support CNC machines, and other projects.
· Optimize existing NC programs to decrease cycle times and increase efficiently.
· Introduce and implement lean practices to improve the manufacturing process.
· Train and mentor other Programmers and Operators.
· Work with Design Engineers, Gunsmiths and various department heads to create new products and improve existing products.
