It matters to us, and it matters to you!\tHarvest activities such as preparation, husk sort oversight, drying, shelling etc.\tConditioning activities such as sizing, gravity operation, packaging, palletizing, etc.\tReturn and rework activities.\tField management activities such as scouting, field maintenance.\tWarehousing activities including forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, etc.\tGathering data for future aid in continuous improvement projects.\tVarious other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequirements – Who You Are:What expertise have you grown? What do you bring to the table?\tYou have proactive work ethic and good time management skills.\tYou value health and safety!
