Must understand die casting tooling.
CNC programming helpful.
5-10 years Experience building die cast tooling.
Must be able to inspect/troubleshoot Die Cast Tooling.
Must understand aluminum die casting process.
Must know how to layout tooling inserts into mold.
Must know how to design gates and overflows for better shot.
Must be able to do own setups in EDM and Mills.
Must be able to read die casting Blueprints.
Knowledge of Autocad, SolidWorks are all beneficial in obtaining position.
Must be able to speak, read and write English.


Must be willing to learn what it takes to produce the best quality aluminum die cast tooling for our
customers and make them on time.
