Individual must be flexible to work in Multiple areas of the production floor such as: General labor packing spices Operating on production line trouble shooting the product if the machine stops or slows down.ask questions if you are not sure of something.Heavy lifting of boxes 30-50 lbsStanding the entire shiftPPE worn at all times, Hair net, smock, gloves and mask.Packaging 1,000-2,000 bottles of spices a dayIndividual will follow a work order, work order will tell you what bottles and labels you need to package the item(spice) Individual will enter the reciepe into the touch screen of the machine, unload the bottles onto the table that is connected to the machine, load the machine with the bottles, continue this over and over until the work order is complete. Every 15 bottles or so they will grab one of the completed bottles from the line and weigh it to ensure the machine is operating correctly. other side of the line individual will be hand labeling the bottles and packing in boxes and placing on a pallet.
